These fabulous recycled glass necklaces are crafted by the Krobo tribe in Ghana. Craftsmen of the Krobo tribe are among the oldest and most famous makers of wonderfully colourful powdered glass beads in Africa. These beautiful objects can be worn by all ages and also be used for home decoration.
Beads: 14mm red coloured powder glass beads. Powder glass beads are made from empty glass bottles. The beads are translucent or semi-translucent. They receive their final shape and perforations after firing in a furnace. Our necklaces are finished with natural raffia.
